From Survey to Handover
We begin with an assessment through Surveys & Technical Reports, then benchmark current façade and glazing performance against your compliance targets — EPC, MEES, Part L or BREEAM. We also assess access, sequencing and programme constraints to ensure the retrofit scope is practical and site-appropriate.
You receive a clear scope with retrofit options, projected performance improvements, costs, and a phased programme that works around occupancy, access and budget cycles. The proposal is structured to reflect building use and operational requirements.
We carry out the works with minimal disruption and hand over with performance documentation, before-and-after data, and evidence to support compliance reporting. Installation is monitored against specification requirements.
